Camphill Blair Drummond offers you the perfect opportunity to create a bespoke team building and volunteering day in beautiful surroundings.

Employer-Supported Volunteering at Camphill enables your team to collaborate, reconnect and socialise, whilst contributing directly to the lives and enjoyment of our residents and students. We base our volunteer teams in our Tapestry Room or Drawing Room within the baronial mansion house itself – with magnificent views over the Safari Park and the Gargunnock hills.

We can tailor the day around your team and your needs. We can work on specific projects that align with your organisation’s social responsibility goals, or you can just help to maintain our beautiful estate and gardens.

For a small donation, we can cater the day for your team – providing teas and coffees in the morning and freshly cooked lunch in the afternoon from our in-house kitchen.

Fresh air, hard work, team building and supporting a charitable organisation in one fell swoop!

We all thoroughly enjoyed the volunteer day at Camphill Blair Drummond, it was such a fantastic experience and left us feeling very fulfilled and happy. We got stuck into the garden maintenance which was very rewarding seeing how much of a difference we made, it was a nice feeling to give something back to such an incredible cause. The staff and residents made us feel so welcome and it was lovely to get to know them throughout the day, working together with them outside and eating together inside. The work that they do is priceless and it was a great opportunity to be able to contribute to that, as well as enjoy meeting the lovely animals that live on sight. We will definitely be back!
